ℹ️ Note: this app can create new logins and manage who's treated as Admin, but for security reasons a browser-based app can't directly overwrite someone else's password or delete their login outright — use Send Password Reset Email so that user sets their own new password. The Admin role controls whether a login stays signed in permanently and can access admin-only screens (like this one) and confirm sensitive actions; Standard User logins are always signed out automatically once their browser session ends.

Production Stages

Add or remove the stages an order moves through. Changes save automatically and apply to everyone after their next reload. Work Order Received, Coiling and Dispatch are built in and can't be removed; Work Order Received stays first and Dispatch stays last. A stage can't be removed while an order is currently sitting at it.

Job Card Labels

Change the wording of any label printed on the Job Card (for example P1 (+/- 10%) to P1 (+/- 20%)). Changes save automatically and apply to the next print. Changed labels are highlighted; clearing a box restores the original.

Drawing & Data Sheet Labels

Change the wording of any label printed on the Design Drawing and the Design Data Sheet (for example Mean Diameter to Mean Dia). The same labels are used on both prints. Changes save automatically and apply to the next print. Changed labels are highlighted; clearing a box restores the original. Spring Rate / Load at D1 / Load at D2 tolerances are typed on the design page.

Selective Data Wipe

Permanently remove only the datasets you tick. A full backup downloads automatically first, so a wipe can be undone by restoring that file. Items and Materials are master data and can't be wiped here — use Factory Reset below to clear those too.

Factory Reset

Erase everything and return the PMS to a fresh install, including the Items and Materials that the selective wipe leaves alone.

Erased: Orders, Employees, Stock Entries, Job Work Orders, Items, Saved Design Data, Login History and Dispatch Drafts. Materials go back to the default list.

Kept: User accounts and roles, the audit log, and the backup reminder and appearance settings.

A full backup downloads automatically first. You will be asked to type FACTORY RESET and enter the admin password.
